Under no circumstances shall Family Foundation Services LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Program or products purchased through it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Texas for all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Program.
